About the app
ElderEye is an innovative application designed to support the care and monitoring of older adults. It gives families a way to stay closely informed about the wellbeing of their loved ones.
User interface
After an accessible login screen, the application is organised into three main areas.
Person section
The central area of the app includes:
- Personal information: relevant data about the person receiving care.
- Heart-rate monitoring: an interactive chart with recent heart-rate measurements.
- Health analysis: a simulated AI feature for early detection of potential health issues.
- Quick actions: direct access to household energy monitoring and caregiver management.
Cameras section
A video-surveillance area that provides:
- Preconfigured camera examples.
- A real-time camera preview with a sample video feed.
- The ability to add new cameras according to the household’s needs.
Settings section
An administration panel with:
- Personalisation options tailored to the user’s needs.
- General application and accessibility preferences.
- Permission management for access and privacy control.
